The home was beautiful and as described! We had so much fun and were so comfortable in the home. Liz was amazing and so responsive! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to stay again!

We spent a week at Sunny Side with our family and were blown away at how beautiful the home is. Liz and Jordan have done an exceptional job at creating one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. From the moment we entered, the entire property was spotless, clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beds and linens were comfortable, plenty of household items stocked, lots of bathroom and pool towels, and everything you need for a great beach day - chairs, wagon, toys and a beach canopy! Every detail has been well thought out and it shows. This home is also conveniently located to some of our favorite beaches, lots a restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back and thanks again!

We were in town for a soccer showcase and stayed here with 2 other families. The house was great, plenty of room for 8 of us. The hosts have thought of everything: very well stocked kitchen, beach supplies, pool toys, plenty of towels, nice furnishing. They have done a great job with the place. The boys enjoyed the pool and ping pong table as well as the bunk beds. Great location near park, stores, beach and very easy access to IMG. Appreciated the detailed manual with instructions and recommendations and very quick detailed communication. Thank you for making everything so easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I don't usually leave reviews honestly cuz I'm lazy and if it's great service I'm like cool ok. This place deserves the contrary Liz first of all extremely attentive 2nd I'm a clean freak and this place was spotless and finally the neighborhood is quiet private and close to everything.

We stayed at Liz’s place for 5 weeks and we were so impressed. So thoughtful with all of the amenities and responded quickly. Very cute decor and great fenced in back yard for our dog. The only complaint we would have is that it was unseasonably cool for part of our trip, but I don’t think Liz has control over the weather. :) If you are ever in the Bradenton area, I would definitely recommend it!

The house was extremely clean, cozy, and fully loaded with everything a family could need. It felt comfortable and welcoming, and we had a great experience overall. Liz was a wonderful owner and very helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My wife and I can’t say enough about how much we loved Liz’s place! She thought of everything; and I mean everything! Any utensil you can think of, perfectly placed lighting outdoors, extra blankets and pillows, a binder with local recommendations, bathroom essentials, a brand new washer and dryer, and the list goes on. The house was immaculate upon our arrival. The pool averaged 85 degrees everyday, and was incredibly clean. The interior decor was fun, and inviting. We will without a doubt stay with Liz again!

Loved everything about our stay. Beautiful home and loved the pool! We were there over Christmas and they put up a decorated tree and lights outside. Our grandkids loved everything and would love to go back.

Highly recommend this house. Visiting the area for a baseball showcase at Pirate City. Liz’s house was a convenient location for both exploring the area and easily getting to Pirate City. The neighborhood was nice, quick access to stores and restaurants, and easy travel to numerous beaches. We couldn’t have been happier with the house! Very clean, plenty of room, great instructions for everything, homey and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The pool was our favorite part of the house, kids spent hours in it.
We were in town over Christmas and Liz was so thoughtful and had a tree up and gingerbread house kit waiting when we arrived.

We had the best stay at Liz's house. The house is beautiful, just like in the pictures, everything was clean and super organized. The pool was spectacular and my children enjoyed it very much. The location was great, close to many beaches like AMI and Coquina (15 minutes away), shops, and restaurants. I would definitely love to be her guest again in the future. I 100% recommend this Airbnb.
